Terms of service
By the IPTV Gold editorial team · How we write and test
Quick answer Last updated:
These terms cover your IPTV Gold subscription. You must be 18 or older and live in Canada, you pay once per term by Interac e-Transfer, nothing renews automatically, logins are for personal household use, and you're responsible for using the service in line with Canadian law. Refunds follow our 7-day policy.
About these terms
We've written these terms in plain English so you can read them in a few minutes. By requesting a trial or placing an order, you agree to them. If something here is unclear, ask us before you pay.
Who we are
IPTV Gold is an online IPTV subscription service for viewers in Canada, run through iptvgold.ca. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean IPTV Gold; "you" means the person placing the order. Payments are received in the name of ITLOGY LLC, which is the recipient shown at checkout. You can read a fuller description of our Canadian IPTV service on the homepage.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and live in Canada to order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you're allowed to make the payment you're making. We may decline an order if we can't confirm these things.
The service
A subscription gives you access to live channels, and to movies and series on demand, streamed over your own internet connection. It's delivered as login credentials: an Xtream Codes login (server URL, username and password), an M3U playlist link, or a MAG portal assignment tied to your box's MAC address. You supply the device, the player app and the internet connection.
We don't make the player apps. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player and similar apps are third-party products with their own terms and, sometimes, their own fees. Channel lineups change from time to time as sources change, so we don't guarantee that any particular channel, event or program will be available.
Free trial
We offer a free 24-hour trial so you can test the service on your own TV and connection before paying. No payment details are needed. Trials are limited to one per person and household, and we may decline repeat trial requests. A trial ends automatically and never turns into a paid plan.
Orders and Interac payment
Plans are sold in lengths of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, priced in Canadian dollars and shown on our pricing and checkout pages. You pay once per term by Interac e-Transfer from your own bank:
- Send the exact amount shown at checkout to the recipient named there.
- Put your order number in the e-Transfer message or memo field, so we can match the payment to your order.
- Your order is confirmed once the payment has been received and matched.
If you send the wrong amount, or a payment we can't match, we'll contact you to sort it out. Overpayments and duplicate payments are refunded.
No auto-renewal
Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term. When the term ends, access stops unless you place a new order. We never charge you again automatically, and there's nothing to cancel. We may remind you that a plan is about to end, but a reminder is never a charge.
Activation timing
Logins are usually sent by email or Live Chat within 10 to 30 minutes of your payment being received and matched. Overnight, on holidays or during very busy periods it can take longer. If you haven't heard from us within a few hours, contact us with your order number. Your term starts when your login is sent.
Acceptable use
The service is for private viewing. When you use it, you agree to these rules:
- Personal and household use only. No public or commercial screenings, such as in a bar, restaurant, gym or waiting room.
- Screens per plan. Each plan streams on the number of devices you bought (1, 2 or 3) at the same time. Watching on more screens at once needs a plan with more devices.
- No reselling. You may not resell, rent out or sublicense your login or any part of the service.
- No public sharing. Don't post your login, playlist link or portal details in groups, forums, social media or anywhere else.
- No restreaming or recording for redistribution. Don't rebroadcast streams to other people.
- Follow the law. You're responsible for using the service in line with Canadian law, including the Copyright Act and any court orders that apply to you.
Availability and uptime target
We aim for 99.9% uptime and run backup streams for busy events. That figure is a target, not a guarantee. Streams can be interrupted by maintenance, source problems, internet provider issues, court-ordered network measures or events outside our control. Picture quality also depends on your internet speed, Wi-Fi and device. We'll work to restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.
Refunds
Paid plans come with a 7-day money-back guarantee, counted from activation. What qualifies, how to ask and how the money comes back are set out in our separate refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break the acceptable-use rules, share or resell your login, abuse the trial system, or pay with funds that are reversed or that aren't yours. Where it's practical, we'll tell you why and give you a chance to explain. You can stop using the service at any time; since nothing renews, you simply don't place another order.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed broadcast, problems with your internet connection, your device or third-party apps. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan that the claim relates to.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection laws in your province or territory that can't be waived by contract.
Images, video and brand content
The images, illustrations, videos, logos and text on iptvgold.ca belong to IPTV Gold (© 2026 IPTV Gold). Some brand illustrations and animations are AI-generated artwork created for us. You're welcome to link to our pages and to share a screenshot for personal, non-commercial reference. Copying, editing, republishing or using our media for advertising or on another website needs our written permission first.
To ask for a licence to use one of our images or videos, contact our team with the file name, where you'd like to use it and for how long. We'll reply with the terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don't alter the terms of a plan you've already paid for; they apply from your next order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario, unless the consumer protection law of your own province gives you the right to bring it where you live.
